Changing I800A approval to I600A approval
Hi - I am switching from a Hague to a non Hague country - does anyone know anything about how to transfer or switch the INS approval ?

I moved this thread over to the International Adoption Support thread in the hopes it will get more attention here.
Is there contact info. on the USCIS site for you local USCIS office? I know it is getting next to impossible to find contact info. anymore for most offices. Or are you close enough that you can make an INFOPASS appoinment and go in and talk to someone in person?

You would need to contact USCIS for sure.
I am not sure but I don't believe you can "transfer" an I800A, I think you will need to file for an I600A because they are handled differently. Your agency should be familiar with this process. Good Luck!
