Can you all tell me if you recieved any grants? loans? help from family?

When we started this I just knew that God would provide as needed. I still believe that but I think I need to be looking

If you recived a grant where and how did you apply? Are the income guidelines really stict?

I feel like we (ahem DH) make pretty good $$ but we are already raising 3 kids so not alot of extra. KWIM

we received a $3000 matching grant from a Christian organization. we had to answer several essay type questions and do a phone interview. income was not the determining factor (I don't think) but the fact that we are very active in our church was big factor. this organization is looking for people who will raise their children in a Christian home and in church. we had to have 3 letters of reference, including one from our pastor. if you want the name of the organization you can PM me.

you are right, God does provide, and He does so most often through the generosity of other people and grants are sometimes a big part of that. we have been so blessed to receive several large gifts from friends. and my husband's income has increased even during our adoption process.
