Rules about depression treatment

Hello,
I have a question about international adoption and if anyone has any knowledge of the subject that would be great. My fiance and I are both being treated for depression (mine is anxiety, but I am being treated with anti-depressants) and are hoping to adopt one day. It won't be for a few years as we are not getting married until next summer and there are min. time requirements to be married for, however, it is something that is very important to me. Does anyone know if there are any countries that don't allow people being treated for depression to adopt. I have heard that there are, but am not sure which ones these are. If any one has any information on this, that would be great. Thank you so much for all your help!

Different countries have different rules and regulations.

If I were you, I would work on enjoying the place in life you are now...an engagement is an exciting time Focus on the two of you for now, get your marriage off to a great start, get some financial stability, and when the time comes for parenthood you will be able to deal with whatever comes your way.

After children, it will be a long time before it is just the two of you again, enjoy that time while you have it.
