Homestudy nerves~~
We had our first homestudy last night and although DH and I both thought it went really well, I guess I was very nervous. I am not sure why, but when our SW left the room for a minute, DH said I was talking way too much
. Now there is this little worry bug in my ear - nagging me that she is going to think I am weird or something. Since I have no idea what they use to write their report I guess I am just not sure if I should just try harder to keep a little more quiet at the next meeting or not? Our SW is very very nice and she didn't seemed annoyed in any way.

You were probably just nervous. I get chatty when I'm nervous. Don't worry about it. I'm sure your SW sees it all the time.

Jessi,
I am the talker of all talkers, and I actually think our SW, who was also very nice, was endeared by it. I was very open and willing to share anything with her, including quirky stories. She was laughing and it put me at ease. I think your SW probably prefers talkative to non-communicative so she doesn't have to work as hard to get what she needs from you to complete the study. I honestly wouldn't worry AT ALL. I'm sure you were just perfect. ![]() Have a great weekend, Jessi
