eithiopian adoption

We have 2 bio sons and one daughter that we adopted when she was almost 4 from here (Canada) She is now 8 and we are considering an international adoption. Most likely African. Does anyone have any advice or tips that I should know before coming fully involved in this process? I know that we want to go as young as we can because even adopting a 4 yo we have had to deal with many attachment issues and still do. Also we deal daily with FAS and always will. Should we expect similar?
