I am pretty sure that they will. We used the Los Angeles office and they were great. We sent in our application after our first homestudy visit. They sent us our fingerprinting within about 1.5 weeks. Once they received our homestudy report, it took them exactly 4 weeks to send us our acceptance (I171H) which is the time frame they had promised when they sent us our receipt from applying. I would imagine that since we are both in CA, it would be similar for you.
