Does anyone have any experience (good or bad) with EAC?

Has anyone had any experiences (either good or bad) with European Adoption Consultants out of Strongsville, Ohio? I've been working with them a week and I'm wondering what's typical in terms of working with them--what's a normal experience with them, etc. so that I can make a more educated decision as to whether I want to stay or go with another agency. Please PM me if you have anything that could help!
