Finalizing international adoption in Texas
Hi! We live in Austin, TX. We brought home a girl from abroad with an IR-4 Visa. We now want to finalize the adoption in Texas. We are wondering how to get this process started -- where can we go to get instructions/forms that we need to file/submit in order for the end result of going to court and getting a final adoption decree? Thanks for any help you can provide, we really, really appreciate it!
