INS-is there another form for not enough income?

I have heard that if you are not in the income bracket you may be able to fill out another form with INS. That we could find a "sponser" who pledges to help with the bills until the child is adopted, then the sponser is no longer obligated. We have 6 bio and want to adopt two with disabilities. We have a large house and can support the children fine, just looks low on paper because we do not have many bills, (we own our home and cars outright)PLEASE if you know anything about this we need the information.
Thanks,
Amber

I don't know about this form, but I would contact an adoption agency who is local to find out. They would let you know if your homestudy could be approved and what the CIS process is.
