adoption grants or employee benefits
Has anyone had any experience, successful or unsuccessful, in getting an adoption grant or changing their employer's policy to include adoption benefits. Were you concerned about scams? There is in an article in HRMagazine, October edition about the benefits of a company offering Adoption benefits. Also, the article indicates that the Dave Thomas foundation can provide employees information to share with employers about offering the benefit as well.
