getting adoption benefits from employer
Was anyone able to get their employer to add adoption benefits? Any other ideas on how to change company policy to help out families wanting to adopt? Thanks.

Hi, I would be interested to hear ideas as well. All the other co. like mine in my area offer the benefits, it would be good if I could get them too.
