Overseas Marriage Certificate
Hi
I am in the initial stage of considering international adoption. I am currently trying to educate myself on all of the programs available and what documents will be necessary once I decide to proceed. I was married overseas and I have been reading that a foreign certified marriage certificate can be difficult to obtain. Has anyone had this same situation? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
