My dh and I have been doing alot of research on the different countries and agencies out there. There are soooo many agencies. I am 45 and my dh is 40, we have 4 children at home and want very much to adopt. We have decided on Guatemala as there seems to be less restrictions on age and number of children in the home and previous divorces. Now we have to pick an agency. The timelines for adoption in Guatemala seem different for every agency...some say there time line is 12 to 18 months and some say as little as 4 to 6 months as an average. I would love to hear from some of you who are adopting from Guatemala or have adopted from Guatemala and what agency you used. We are thinking of using All God's Children or Homecoming adoptions . Please pm me if you've used either of these agencies or used an agency for Guatemala that you were pleased with. Please Help. I've been reading these forums for a while now and never posted before. I would love to find some friends to communicate with on here.

I strongly suggest you visit the Guatemala Forum. They have an entire thread dedicated to agency feedback...you can PM anyone who has used an agency you are interested in using. It has to be the most active forum on this site...so go and ask your questions, you are sure to get lots of feedback!
