Both my husband and I have been married twice before. Do you have to have both divorce papers, or just the one from the last divorce?

I would think it would depend on what country you are adopting from. For Guatemala you have to do a Name Afffidavit so they would want both certificates so you would have to write all possible name combinations on the affidavit. I would consider asking your agency though. Hope that helped.
