Best Co. for adopting 3-4 yr old girl?
In your oppinion, what is the best country for adopting a three to four year old healthy little girl with dark hair, dark eyes and lightish olive skin tones. Why?

Bulgaria
Well, you just described the children in Bulgaria. There are many 3 - 4 year old girls there, and most have the appearance you describe. They live in orphanages, so they tend to be slightly delayed when they come home.
Bulgaria has been through a lot of law changes, so the country is moving slow right now. I would think be summer they would be running at a pretty good speed. Kay Mom to Anna Varna Bulgaria and registered for #2! |

I don't know if their skin is "olive" (my girls' referrals said "wheatish," which is light brown), but India might be an option for you. And wanting a slightly older child is perfect when it comes to India. If you work with a good agency, you will get a child, but it can be slow at times.

be careful
The photos of children in Bulgaria are beautiful, but in the past 7 months I have not heard of one healthy child referral from there. Have you considered Guatemala -dark hair and eyes, skin tones really vary from very dark to very light and I'm sure you could find a girl in that age range... You can see Guatemala children on photolistings to get an idea, Sandy
