YunonaUSA

We are currently working with YunonaUSA to adopt from Ukraine. Just wondering who else is using, or, has used them?

We're having a very hard time getting them to respond to our questions. HELP!! We're getting very nervous.

Thanks

Hello,
there is a Yahoo group called Adoption from Ukraine that has some information about this subject. You may also want to post on the Ukraine Adoption forum.
Best Wishes,
Larpar

We can't get solid answers from them either

I have a contract sitting on my table, was ready to sign it and engage home study --- but I can't get them to respond to my questions.
Last night the VP, Ilena, was "too busy" to speak to us and I spoke to some assistant who had absolutely NO knowledge.

I am not comfortable proceeding with them until I get some solid references. I do not trust it.

Choosing an agency

I pretty much based choosing an agency on who was most responsive, prompt, and honest in answering questions. If they aren't responsive and communicative before you sign, what are they going to be like in-country when you need was my theory.

Just my 2 cents..., but worked well for me

problems with Yunona

If you're not sure about using this agency, please email me privately. I made a big mistake in the beginning about not doing my research.

There is a Yahoo group titled "Adoption Agency Research" that allows you to openly discuss and ask questions about agencies. You might want to check them out. As far as to what I've read about this agency and agencies affiliated with them.....not good. But, that is what I've read, not personal experience.
