Anyone use San Antonio BCIS?

Hi! I was wondering if anyone here sent in their 1-600A form to San Antonio BCIS? I have tried and tried to get a live person there but always get a voice mail and no one returns my call! I haven't sent in my paper work yet and want to ask them a few questions. Did you experience a long wait time to get finger printing scheduled? I would think that area would take a for ever on something like that. Any info would be great! And if you know of a phone # to call that would be great as well.

Hi there. . . I sent you a pm regarding the phone number and someone to talk to. . . I think the process is a bit different from when we went through their office (2003). I think you have to have your completed homestudy sent in order to set up the fingerprinting. . .Where are you in your process?
