Agency/INS
I want to know if anyone has used World Partners or Small World Adoption Foundation Inc. of Missouri or Commonwealth for a Panama or Kazakhastan adoption. I also want to know if I have to have agency and country choosen before I can submit the 1600 A paperwork. My social worker says yes, I have seen posts that say do it immediately and forwarding homestudy and country info later is fine. The more I reasearch and the closer I get, the more overwhelming the international adoption situation seems. I am not in a severe hurry, I just want to parent a child that otherwise might not have anyone. Thanks for the help!

Agency/INS
Hi Leslie-
I used World Partners when adopting my son from Kazakhstan in 11/02. We had a great experience and plan to use them again when we adopt another child. They are wonderful to work with. I believe that the I-600 can be changed later if there are changes to be made. I'm happy to answer any questions you might have. Erica |
