HAPS, NJ Russia Adoption
Hi there. I'm a newbie from PA and just starting the process. Does anyone have any experience with HAPS (Homestudies and Adoption Placement Services) in New Jersey for Russia adoption? They seem nice and the fees are reasonable. Thanks!
