Legal Help, Please!!!!!!
We are 80% sure that we are going to be chosen by a birth mother in Japan to do a private adoption. The birth-father is a U.S. citizen. Under which law do we do this? The baby will be born in Japan, and the father has said (though this could change) that he would admit paternity. Anyone got any ideas on what I should do?
