Hi,

I hope someone can help me answer a question. Last month my husband was diagnosed with a grade 4 malignant brain tumor. We just about finished out autobiography and was going to start out home study. My husband is responding to the treatment fine and he stays home by himself all day and is capable of taking care of himself. The doctors said we may have 2 - 5 yrs for him and even longer with new technology. Now our agency may not let us adopt at least with them. Does any one know of an agency that would let us adopt and is this legal that the agency could tell us no know. We are both getting older and the longer we wait the less likely we will be able to adopt at all. And right now my husband and I decided that this is even better for us to adopt to have a family now together even if it is short. It is not how long but for us how happy. He is 48 and I am 43 and I fear we are running out of time. Please help?
