USA Citizenship Requirement
Hello All,
We as a members of ICHILD Organization - http://www.ichild.org/ have started a petition against a current USA law which specifies that "in order to adopt internationally you must be USA citizen". This law does not take into consideration thousands of immigrants residing in USA. These immigrants and permanent residents have no choice but to wait to get there citizenship and/or go back home. This also limits the children all over the world who might have opportunity to get a loveable home ASAP.
