question about I-600!!
I have a question: Can you fill out and submit the I-600 A form before you know which country you want to adopt from? And do you have to have selected an agency before you submit it?
Thanks for any advice!

I think you can leave both of unknown- but call the 800# for BICs and ask. The number is 800-375-5283.
