new agency,new fee,new opportunity-adoption from Russia
We are now in the process of getting licensed as a new adoption agency. In order for us to be fair I have a question for everyone in this forum. What is a normal, average fee for adopting from Russia? Since the process is very expensive what would be the most comfortable price, within reason of course, for parents?
