Did you ever hear from anyone about Uzbekistan? Where are you in the process now? I'm looking for info still and I'm so overwhelmed! I'd love it if you could share some of your info. Thanks!

We chose Kg. They seemed practically identical in my mind, so I called an agency that dealt with both countries (i think there was only one, that i could find) and asked if they could tell me anything to help our decision. The lady told me a couple things and said that she would recommend Kg over Uz at this time for a couple reasons, but overall--smoother process could be expected from Kg. That pretty much settled it, hearing from an expert who had that recommendation. We are adopting through CWA, and they have put their Kg program on hold and families will be put on a waiting list if they want to adopt from Kg through them, because of the popularity of the program. Otherwise, I would recommend that agency to you for Kg--they're awesome!
