EAC or FTIA ?
My husband and I are thinking of using EAC or FTIA for adopting from China. Would love to receive stories of experience in the KY/OH area that have used either of these agencies. We are really on the fence but anxious to make a decision. Do you have a story that can help us make the right decision?
