Looking for feedback on Russian agencies

We are looking to adopt from Russian and would like some more information regarding agencies. We live in Florida. Please private message me if you can share any info - be it positive or negative.

The Russian Forum has a listing of individuals who are willing to PM about agencies and the specific agency that they have had experience with. You may get a response by looking at those listings and soliciting feedback from individuals who have experience with the agencies that you are most interested in.
