Great Experience

I posted our wonderful experience and now I am thrilled to inform you that our attorney has become accredited in Bulgaria. If you are interested in her website info please pm me. She is able to do indpendent adoption (bypassing a US agency) or with the help of US agency, whichever you prefer. Good luck to each and every one of you!!
