I was born in Seoul, South Korea. My records from Massachusetts are blank. No record of how I was found or parent info. How can I start to find out info on where I was found, who found me, a hospital that may have delivered me, my bio parents? Where should I start?

What agency did your parents use?
You may be able to have the agency contact the social welfare agency in Korea that it worked with and ask for information. If your parents' agency won't help, you can contact the social welfare agency that works with the agency directly.
