Question China agencies: Holt, Dillon, CCAI, Gladney?

Hi, all. My DH and I are starting to move toward adopting a daughter from China following our oh-so-fun ride on the infertility roller coaster. I'm sure many of you can relate!

We're seriously considering Holt, Dillon, Chinese Children Adoption Int'l. (CCAI), and Gladney. We're located in Texas, but having a local or near-local agency is not our first priority.

I'm interested in any feedback, positive and negative, on these four. In particular, for those who already have their children home, I would like to know 1) how your in-country experience went, and 2) how you have felt about the agency's post-adoption support.

But as I said, any feedback you have regardless of where you are in the process would be most welcome! Thanks in advance!
