Looking for Kim Ji Hyun,

I am searching for a Korean girl who was born on 11/3/1974 in Korea. I believe her name is Kim Ji Hyun, and she was adopted in 12/22/1976 by American service man either in Air Force or Army stationed in Korea during 1976. I believe the service man name is John Howard Swerford or Seaford. Last name is not 100% correct, and is translated from Korean word.

I am searching for my birth parents. I don't know much but here is what I do know.

I was born Yoon, Se Gyoo on November 16, 1983 to a Yoon, Heung Seok (28 years old at the time) and Kim, Jon Hee (24 years old at the time.) I was admitted to the Eastern Child Welfare Society (Pohang Branch) on April 1, 1985.
