Sister Eugena Foundation 1968

I was wondering if anyone has ever been adopted through the Sister Eugena Foundation. From what I understand, most of their adoptions came from Newfoundland, or Prince Edward's Island, Canada. I am trying to find my birthmother, and wondering if the agency is a reliable resource to use as my "Searcher".
