Research in commemoration of sws's 50th anniversary

Dear friend,

I hope this letter find you are doing well.
I'm Mi Sun Lee who work in the planning section of Social Welfare Society, Inc. which is one of the intercountry adoption agency in Korea. For the SWS' 50th anniversary in 2004, we ask for your help.


Now, we open our survey questionnaire. I'm enclosing the survey questionnaire. Could you please respond and recomend this questionnaire to other Korean adopted persons if possible? We want many adopted persons respond to the questionnaire as possible as.


It is our first survey and we want to get some data to develope our post adoption service program. As you know, in Korea, we don't have much research data about post adoption service. We don't know well adopted person's idea, need. We just guess of their idea.
So, at the point of 50years of overseas adoption history of Korea, we think we should promote our service quality.

Could you please repond our questionnaire? Of course it ask some private information. But, it is opened on the web site, so we just want to get adoption related person's answer. Of course we keep the private information. When you respond to the questionnaire, your data is stored only in our data box directly. We just want to know this reponder is real adoption related person or not for the research result's quality. That's all. I hope you understand of our condition.
