Yep us...Dh emailed the lady in charge of ours and she checked and found that ours was flagged because of a glitch in the system and ours. Said the programmers would fix it as soon as possible. Dh figures that means a couple of months. You might want to call in and check to see if yours is on that list as well.

Holy Cow!! That is aweful! I would be in dire need at this point. I finally ( that was what I thought at the time) recieved deposit on the 14th. Of course no email. I have included that address every time. and have NEVER received one.
A strange thing though. I recieved the ACH deposit slip in the mail. oh.. couple days after the deposit hit the bank.. I get that every month a few days after the fact. But. in the mail this weekend I recieved something from the Miami County office of CPS in Peru??? With what appears to be some notice of deposit. but the form is differnt than the one I normall recieve. And this is called a "warrant summary" ?? Im still confused on what this is or why I recieved 2 recepts from different offices.. or what Miami County has to do with anything. It does have my countly listed correctly on this paper.
I wish they would get this worked out so that none of us had to worry about what they may screw up every month. seems to me it would be easier to just send them to all on the first. This thing with sending them an "invoice" every month is ridiculous in my opinion.. and I think it is just to cover themselves so that no one there has to be accountable in case they neglect to get info entered if a child has been moved!
I hope it doesnt take months for them to FIX this problem for you. County or State should take it from emergency childrens fund to send you until they do. There has to be someway they can do that. I would call someone and ask about it. I would have to actually.

They got our problem fixed on friday said it would input it on monday and to not expect it until the end of next week. Why it would take them 2 weeks more to get it to us after it is inputed I do not understand. We are hoping it arrives this week sometime. Broke is not the word for how we are right now to say the least. We have food and all our bills are paid and we have gas in our tanks so really nothing to panic about but geez it is scary not knowing when it will get here.

Lori- Are your foster kids from Miami County (even if you are in a different county)? I always get the Warrant Summary from my county after I receive the pmt.

No. both he and I are St. Joe county. I have never gotten one from county before.. just state auditor.. that was what threw me. If I had just recieved the one from county. I would have just assumed with whatever changes they made this was how it would come.Why that county who knows.. then I thought Oh know. they didnt do it twice!? so I looked at the one I already recieved. all numbers and dates are identical.. just got 2 slips.. I hope that isnt some sort of omen.. of bad things to come next month...... ya think??

lol that is very weird that you received one from Miami County if neither you nor your FS are from Miami co! lol! I get one from the every month (actually twice- one for my foster per diem & one for my adoption subsidy) but my kids are all from there !
