Online Form - Am I the only one that didn't know?

Am I the only one that didn't know that the Claim for Support of Children Form was online where you could just type your info, print it out and send it in???

If not, here is the link

I didn't know that form was there! I've been filling out forms by hand and taking them to the office.

I wondered why there wasn't a faster, easier way of doing it...

How did you discover this?

Sorry, we were told that from the beginning. It has been very helpful. Glad you have it now!

Talking

I just found out yesterday when I went to print more out. Just an fyi if you are licensed in one county but have kids from another county you are suppose to put the county the kids are from--atleast thats what she said. She asked if it had the ST# and if so that meant it was the "new form". But she never said what to put for ST#. I turned mine in first thing this am. Any guess on how long it will take this time?!?!?
