We still haven't gotten ours. The lady that I set next to at training last Thursday (1/29) had received hers the day before. Post if you have yours and on what day you received it. We still haven't gotten one either. I got the numbers from the CW (same for all 5 kids). I don't know if we haven't gotten the summary b/c we aren't 'in' the system or like everything else, just didn't get it. Oh and we are in Marion Co (Indy).

Well we got some paperwork mailed to us first of Dec, some more paperwork mailed to us about a month ago and recieved another paper the day of class. Sorry don't know what is what at this point but I know we have everything we needed to do our paperwork. We are in Boone.

We're in Marion County and actually received ours on February 4. It had all 6 of the kids on there which is surprising since accounting didn't know until January that we had the 2 girls in our home since November (still waiting on per diem for November and December)
We mailed it off yesterday.

I'm in Wabash/Miami County. We got our vendor resource the last week of Jan after some issues (it iddn't have the kids listed !LOL!) from the county the kids are from. We also received it from Kos. County which is where we did our per diem training! I was surprised they sent it to us!

i'm in marion county as well, and got mine somewhere during the week of january 15th. ironically enough tho, i didn't get any information about the training classes. i found that out right here on this board.

When we went throught the training on the transition to the State making payments, we were told to contact the "financial" person at our county office and get the Vendor Summary from them. I did and got it, no problems.
