|
TPR to start soon--what sort of things should I expect?
 It seems T2's birth mother and my sister has decided not to sign guardianship of him over to me so the County is going to be pursuing TPR. My question is what sort of procedure does Indiana have and what sort of things should I expect. My sister is presently living at a half way house and is not expected to be released until October, 2007. However, she wants to fight TPR rather than sign guardianship over to me. Any advice from those who have been there will be appreciated.

Most research I have done has yielded very generic information. I am interested in hearing about some experiences--good and bad from foster parents who have had more experience.
