Looking for sister
Hello,
I am looking for my sister who was adopted in 1979 or 1980. Her birth name is Tracy Rena. Her birth date is 4.22.1974. She was born in Columbus Indiana. I went to the local courthouse and they gave me some papers to fill out and send to Indianapolis. I have done this once before and they were returned to me. I have information on some foster parents whom I have attempted to contact. Any information or the right path to head down would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
