Any authoritative information on what would be legally involved in above couple adopting child and being able to take the baby home immediately upon release from birth hospital to New York without any problems from the government? Very loving, caring couple. Healthy and active. Much younger than their years imply. Would make wonderful parents. Any info/advice would be appreciated.
