banglore adoption
Hi,
we are Indian couple living in the US, my husband is a citizen, planing to adopt a baby girl, do anyone know about agencies in banglore, and the US agencies which deal with them? How long is the wait for the baby?

Hi, my husband and I have adopted two daughters from India. Both of us are of Indian origin. We used Holt international from Oregon.
Where do you live? As far as the waiting time, it depends on how smooth the whole process goes. We had to wait for about 8 months after we received referral of the baby. But it should have taken only 4 months. Oh well, She is here and everything is great! Can I help you with in other Questions?

We are in the process of adopting from Ashraya Orphanage in Bangalore. The agency that is licensed to help us in the process is called WACAP in Seattle. Their number is 1-800-732-1887. We are in the middle of the process adopting a boy from Ashraya in Bangalore India... the agency we are using is A.I.A.A. out of Michigan USA.
