He is in Toronto (Yonge and Summerhill) and can be reached at (416) 923-7771. Don't know if you are Hindu or not, but if you are, the process is different than it is for non-Hindus. In that case you could contact an agency called Cornerstone which is run by Christine Mackenzie and which, I believe, specializes in non-resident Hindus adopting from India.
