We are having a great deal of difficulty getting our attested paperwork back from the India Consulate in Houston. It took them 5 weeks to return "some" of our our dossier (they still have some forms) and they've had our referral/child study for 4 weeks now. Our agency assures us that most consulates process these items within a week and this is highly unusual. Does anyone have experience with this consulate and/or a contact name for someone they found helpful ?
