I don't know anything about the other two agencies you have listed, but am working with CHSM now in the IHM Calcutta program. I can't really comment about which is best, but my experience with CHSM has been very disappointing. It took over 3 months for them to do their part of the dossier (home study report and summary), so my dossier sat on a desk for some time. I think the lesson you can take from my experience is regardless of the agency you go through, be as assertive as you can. Do not assume that everyone is doing their job in an efficient manner, call, remind, and ask for written verification. Good Luck.
