Reputable Agencies
I have decided to proceed with adoption from India. I have looked at several agencies, but I am still unsure which agency is best for me. Has anyone ever heard of or worked with ICIA or IFI based out of DC? Are there any agencies that offer escort option for the India program? Any advice or suggestions is appreciated. Thanks
