So, we're not quite to the adopting stage, but there's not harm in researching and planning ahead, right?

For personal reason, he really feels connected to India and would like to adopt from there. I'm more open to other countries and understand that India is not the easiest place to adopt from - but sometimes the right path is just not the easiest.

What we're really looking for right now is commentary on any agencies that work with India (we're in New York). We want the good and the bad! Who's great? Who was not so great? Who had good communication? Who never gets back to you? Who's got fading programs? Who has strong programs?

Any an all information would be really appreciated. I think that info is just supposed to be through PMs so I will keep an eye on my inbox.

And any other comments or suggestions on the Indian adoption process is great although we have done a fair bit of research ourselves on the overall rules and situation.
