ICPC in Louisiana?

Hi:

We have just been granted guardianship of a beautiful little girl. I am currently in India. My agency is in TX and I live in Louisiana. And they have applied for ICPC. How long does the ICPC process take in LA?

I don't know when it's foreign but I have a friend who just this domestically and it took about one-two days to get the docs done. It depends on the atty and judge from what I understand. They just need to move asap.

Thanks Amy. That helps. My agency told me it takes 2-3 weeks and I was worried. Apparently they put international adoption on top priority.
