It should be any day now! It was submitted about a month ago. Since I am an Indian citizen, we were able to bypass the ACA clearance, thankfully!

Just wondering how it is going. We adopted from Pune- from previous posts I think that is from where you are adopting. We had tremendous help from the persons who assist you "in-country." We picked up our son in August so he may be a friend of your baby girl... lswimmer

Yes, we are adopting from Pune. We called our agency this week to see what was going on, and they said due to the orphanage that the baby girl we had been "matched" with having troubles, they said her clearance would not come till about March. So they have identified yet another baby girl from another orphanage, whose clearance is expected to come in about 10 days. So here's hoping we get our referral soon! Which orphanage did you adopt from? This second baby girl is at Priyadarshini. How old is your son now?
