Question about Private adoption
Hi,
If we adopt a baby privately in India (DH and I are US citizens) legally, can we bring the child to the US if we've completed the Home Study, etc...??? Does anyone know how long it's taking for the baby to come to US????? Will there be any problems?? Thanks,

Um, ok, I think you may want to do a little more research... Provided your state allows private adoptions, you still have to go through the immigration process! No one knows if there will be problems, it depends on everything, including if you've done the paperwork properly.
