Newbie here!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all,

I'm new here and I have questions about India adoption:
In the case of US. citizens (NRIs), at the present time, what is the time of referral after Dossier is sent, how old is the referred child (youngest age), and how long will it be before it can come to the US????? And what agencies in India are recommended??????
