My husband and I just got a referral for a baby from Bal Anand, Mumbia. We would like to hear from anyone who has adopted from them what their experiences were.

congrats for the referral. A boy or a gril ? of what age ?
We were in contact with Bal Anand, we were on their waiting list but before they could refer a child to us we had the luck to receive an unexpected referral from another orphanage in Bangalore.
We have a very good opinion of Bal Anand, they are very respectful of the procedures. For a second adoption we will surely contact again Bal Anand. We visited their place and child care services, staff is well trained, professionnal and they look after the children very well.
The manager trustee of Bal Anand is Soluchana Kalro (and has been at this position for so many years), she adopted herself a long time ago. Are ou in direct contact with Bal Anand ?
